Mike and his team are always there, accommodating if there's an issue and responsive. Our family has bought 3 cars from Windham Auto and they work with you, even if your credit is not perfect, to find as reasonable financing as they can for you. Times are hard and dollars don't stretch anymore so I appreciate these guys. No junky cars on their lot.

I love my new car! Can’t say enough about the treatment and effort put in by Jimmy Jr. I initially came in and met with Justin who made sure to give me the space and time to appreciate the car and not feel hovered or pressured into a buy. Then, when I came in the following day, Jimmy offered to help me out and made me feel really comfortable from answering my incessant questions to making sure I got the best deal possible. This place is Awsome I just got a 2015 ford edge a titanium got an amazing deal after I bought a different car I had it for two days and I didn’t like the first one I got and I was so scared I was gonna be stuck with it. We bought a manual 18 versa from Jimmy jr., When I go into a dealership I usually expect the worse, because there are a lot of bad ones, but this was a very good experience. Honest and fair, did what they said when they said it, couldn’t be happier with him. I waited for the month to be up before reviewing in case something came up in the first thirty days to see if they’d stand behind their warranty, and when it needed a battery and a computer update they had it done in a few days. Highly recommend

DISCLAIMER: I did not end up buying the vehicle I looked at, so I'll just be laying out the communication and test drive experience. I found a vehicle that they had online and reached out. They were super communicative and flexible, as I was traveling kind of a distance. I was given a rundown of the vehicle and allowed to test drive it on my own for quite a while so I felt confident about my choice. The dealer was able to answer all my questions and did so very generously. There was no hard sell which I definitely appreciate as a woman who gets stressed out looking at cars. I will be keeping my eye on their inventory, I found the experience overall very positive.

I bought a 2015 Suburu Impreza with 71K miles on it, from Justin. It was from a dealer in MA. It needed a ball joint, a tire and exhaust repair, which they did under warranty. Don't go expecting them to do your job as a buyer, understand what you're buying and what typically goes bad. Understand that you're buying a used car and they're very professional. They do volume sales - 100's of cars, 1 mechanic's bay - do the math. My daughter is happy with the car.
